I recently had an outstanding experience at the Chipotle in Windham, Maine. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a joyful and kind staff who made my visit truly memorable. Gretta crafted the best burritos I’ve ever had. Her attention to detail and skill in preparing each burrito was evident in every bite. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the ingredients were fresh and delicious. While enjoying my meal, I noticed Roman and Tracy diligently cleaning and making the dining room sparkle. Their dedication to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment did not go unnoticed and added to the overall pleasant atmosphere. Emilson, the chef, was amazing. The food was cooked to perfection, and you could tell he takes great pride in his work. Each dish was prepared with care, and the quality was top-notch. Even the manager, Ben, was hands-on, scrubbing dishes and ensuring everything ran smoothly. It’s rare to see such teamwork and commitment from a restaurant staff, and it made a significant difference in my dining experience. Overall, the staff at this Chipotle location were not only efficient and professional but also incredibly joyful and kind. I highly recommend visiting this Chipotle for a fantastic meal and exceptional service.

The service is good here you get through the lines quickly. The food is good and the atmosphere is top notch. The workers can be a little short with you sometimes though.

Honestly, a much better experience than I've had in Westbrook or South Portland in quite some time. The food was fully stocked and fresh. The service was friendly. I thought that my portion was more than big enough and they actually asked if they had put enough rice/chicken/beans in for my liking.

Edit: My last review was left a couple years ago. I recently gave this location another chance and the food quality has improved considerably. The rice was fully cooked and the portion size was generous. I've gone back a couple times since and the quality has been level. Good job on improving the overall experience and quality of the food. Old Review: I've ordered from this location two times, and both times the rice was a mix of raw / undercooked (crunchy). The first time I figured it must've been a bad day or a new employee (it happens), but when it occurred again 3 weeks later, it told me employees at this location have no clue how to cook rice. My last order was a burrito and a steak bowl. The tortilla was stale on the burrito, and when I opened up the steak bowl I found nearly 1/2 a pint of sour cream slapped on top of the other ingredients. I love sour cream, but this was excessive to an extreme. In addition, there was maybe 5 pieces of steak in the bowl, leading me to believe the employees tried to hide the lack of meat under a tsunami of sour cream. Chipotle HQ provided a full refund which I appreciate, but I'd avoid this location until quality control occurs or new staff is hired.

Gretta made the best bowl,I ever got from chipotle. Emilson was cooking up a storm and chopping yummy food... Roman was very polite and helping Tracy clean the entire store spotless.Ben was in the back doing the mountain of dishes. The hardest working crew I ever seen and experienced in a fast food restaurant....Thank you for all your hard work and providing a awesome meal for my family and myself..God Bless..

Great food and great people that seem really friendly and it's always busy inside yet the employees are always getting every customer out in a quick way and very friendly. By far the best Chioptle I have been to so far. And the food was on point. My favorite part of the experience is when the store manager or general Manger comes out and asks how my meal is going and how my day is. It's very personable and friendly atmosphere. And I see the cashier clean the tables after every person leaves or as soon as they can which is very often. Just overall it feels above and beyond for any fast food restaurant I've been too. Very clean and very friendly. Would absolutely recommend to come and try it out.
